The cost of admission for each student would be $9.90 per child, or $17.50 for a family of 2 or more.

To keep this price low for the parents, it is hoped that a $3.90 subsidy per child or a $7.50 per family would be paid by either the host schools’ Science and Technology budget or local business sponsors, making the subsidised cost to the students just $6.00 ($9.90 - $ 3.90)for an individual or $10.00 ($17.50 - $7.50) for a family. Schools are permitted to invite parents of students who attend the presentation to also attend free of charge.

It should also be noted that a host school is expected to invite all students in their entire school, thus making best use of the visiting presentation.
